STOCKHOLM 50+ – FCI PARTICIPATION
Executive Director attends conference in Sweden
Stockholm+50 calls for an inclusive approach that reflects the richness and diversity of voices and perspectives of various stakeholder groups – local governments, cities, civil society, women, indigenous peoples and local communities, faith-based groups, academia, youth, industry, finance, and others.
To enable stakeholder groups from developing countries to contribute to the preparation of the international meeting, between February and May 2022, the Government of Sweden held national consultations, facilitated by UNDP through UNDP Country Offices. In Liberia, The Foundation for Community Initiatives (FCI), participated in national events held on March 30-April 1 in Ganta, Nimba County and May 4, in Monrovia.

At the national level, the Executive Director of FCI and Chairperson of the National Civil Society Council of Liberia Madam Loretta A. From June 2-3, 2022, Madam Kai joined a delegation from Liberia for the Stockholm 50+ conference in Stockholmsmässan, Sweden.
