As part of the implementation of the Advancing implementation of UNSCR 1325 on Women Peace and Security Project funded by UN Peacebuilding Fund through UN Women and implemented by Foundation for Community Initiatives (FCI), Community Health Education and Social Services (CHESS) and Liberia Initiative for Empowerment ((LIFE), the project team today participated in a one day capacity building training conducted by UNWOMEN consultant Dr. Andre Nsabimana on innovative financing for the effective implementation of the National action plan on women peace and security. The advocacy strategy for innovative financing for the National action plan on women peace and security will be roll out by FCI and team in Grand Bassa and Nimba Counties.
